The pot generally seems good, and the non-stick layer is of high quality. I cooked the most sticky dish I know in it and left it for a while... but surprisingly it neither stuck nor burned.

Questions and answers
Pots: frequently asked questions
What size pot do I need?
1–2 litre saucepans are ideal for sauces, porridge and side dishes. 3–4 litre pots suit everyday cooking for 2–4 people. Choose 5 litres or more for soups, stocks and batch cooking. Check the capacity in the product details.
Stainless steel or non-stick pots – which should I choose?
Stainless steel pots are durable, don't react with food and suit soups, stocks, pasta and boiling. Non-stick pots make it easier to cook porridge, sauces and other food that tends to stick, and they are quick to clean. Many kitchens combine stainless steel pots with one non-stick saucepan.
Do your pots work on induction?
Yes. All our pots and cookware sets work on induction as well as on gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs, according to BergHOFF's product data. The hob types are listed in the specification of each product.
Why choose stainless steel pots?
Stainless steel is durable, does not react with food and keeps its look for years. A thick, multi-layer base spreads heat evenly and helps prevent burning.
Is a cookware set worth it?
A set usually covers the sizes you need most and costs less than buying each pot separately. Check which sizes and lids are included and that they suit your hob.
